Only those ministries where volunteers work alongside children and vulnerable adults require a volunteer application package. All applicants will need to complete and pass a criminal record check prior to volunteering. For more information on this process, please refer to the January 2022 letter. 

All submissions require:

  1. A New Volunteer Application Form or a Volunteer Renewal Form.
  2. Either a) a CRR026 Volunteer Consent Package Form (for individuals who have NOT completed a criminal record check within the last 5 years) or b) CRR022 Sharing Consent Package Form (for individuals who HAVE completed a criminal record check within the last 5 years). 

Please submit your application forms in person at the church office with two forms of ID for the Gospel Chapel Office Administrator to verify your identity. For a list of acceptable ID, please visit the following BC government website: Identity Verification - Criminal Record Checks.

Applicants should not submit completed paperwork to the CRRP or local RCMP office directly or via email, as their applications will be rejected. All applications must be submitted via email by the Gospel Chapel Office Administrator and will take between 3-5 weeks to process.
